Grandma’s Meatloaf – You’ll Keep Making It Forever

Ingredients

For the Ground Meat:

  • 1.1 kg ground beef

  • 130 g grated dry toast (or breadcrumbs)

  • 2 grated onions

  • 20 g chopped parsley

  • 1 egg (possibly abbreviated as “Av” in your original text — assumed to mean “vejce”)

  • Salt and pepper

Additionally:

  • 6–8 slices of ham

  • 8 slices of cheese

  • 10 eggs for the “egg stick”

  • 1 bowl of chopped root vegetables: carrots, celery, leek, red onion, garlic, and rosemary

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1.5 liters beef broth

  • 100 g breadcrumbs

  • 120 g melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
