For the pudding:

  • 2 packets vanilla pudding powder

  • 70 g sugar

  • 2 egg yolks

For the streusel:

  • 120 g all-purpose flour

  • 75 g cold butter

  • 75 g sugar

  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 1 pinch of salt

For the filling:

  • 4–5 apples, peeled and chopped
