Ingredients:
150g Self Raising Flour
150g Baking spread
3 Small eggs (or 150g eggs)
150g Caster sugar
Method:
Mix the flour, spread, caster sugar and eggs. Grease a bowl & put a generous amount of golden syrup at the bottom. Add the sponge mix on top & cover the bowl with foil. Place the bowl in the slow cooker & fill with hot water, the hot water should come approx. halfway up the bowl. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with custard – Enjoy
