Golden Baked Chicken

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Stir together the seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme and season both sides of chicken with it.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Place two slices of provolone on top of each chicken breast.
  4. In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. Spread mixture over cheese slices and chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake until chicken is cooked through and top is golden brown, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Chicken is cooked through when temperature reaches 165°F internally.
