Glazed Apple Slab Pie

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or slab pie pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
  3. Line a baking sheet or slab pie pan with one pie crust. Transfer the apple mixture onto the crust, spreading it out evenly.
