HOW TO MAKE IT
Prep Oven & Dish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Cook Mashed Potatoes
Boil diced potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes, until tender. Drain and mash with sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish. Cook Chicken & Steak
Season chicken and steaks with salt, pepper, and oregano.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic 1–2 minutes. Cook steaks 3–5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Remove from heat. Assemble Bake
Place chicken and steaks on top of the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake & Serve
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
TIPS & VARIATIONS
Swap cheddar for Gruyère or Fontina for a richer flavor
Add sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions on top for extra indulgence
Use sweet potatoes for a twist on the mash
