Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Linguine
Bring salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente, reserving ½ cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Garlic Chicken
Pat chicken strips dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken strips and cook 3–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Mozzarella Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until velvety.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Thin sauce with reserved pasta water if needed.
Step 4: Combine Pasta & Chicken
Add cooked linguine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
Fold in garlic chicken strips or place on top.
Step 5: Serve & Garnish
Plate the creamy linguine with chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and a drizzle of butter or olive oil.
