Garlic Butter Steak & Broccoli Penne 

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Sear steak in a hot pan with 1 tbsp butter; season with salt & pepper. Remove.
  • In the same pan, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic, then add broccoli and broth; cook until tender.
  • Add cooked pasta and steak back in.
  • Stir in cream (optional) and season to taste.
  • Toss until coated and serve warm.
