Garlic Butter Beef Pasta

Preparation

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the pasta. Stir to ensure the pasta is fully submerged in the liquid.
  5. Bring to a gentle simmer, then cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. If needed, add more broth or water to maintain moisture.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve and enjoy!
