Instructions:
1. Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
2. Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread a generous layer of the cheesecake mixture onto four slices of bread, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with the remaining slices and press gently to seal.
3. Dip & Fry
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
