Boil the potatoes:
Peel and cut the potatoes into large chunks. Boil until soft. -

Mix the dough:
Add salt, an egg, and flour to the mixture. Stir everything thoroughly until combined. -
Form the pies:
With oiled hands, shape small patties (like cutlets) from the mixture. -
Fry:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the patties on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
