For the Coffee Table – Golden Streusel Tarts

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 g flour

  • 60 g sugar

  • 1 packet dry yeast

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 50 g soft butter

  • 1 egg

  • 150 ml warm milk

For the streusel topping:

  • 300 g flour

  • 250 g cold butter

  • 250 g sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

For the glaze:

  • 250 g powdered sugar (sifted)

  • A little warm water
