Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. The dough will be very soft—don’t worry!
- Knead & Shape – Lightly flour a surface and gently knead the dough until it’s coated with baking mix. Pat it out and cut biscuits using a round cutter.
- Prepare Pan – Melt butter in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake – Place biscuits on top of the melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Tips for the Best Biscuits
- Use a Light Touch – Overworking the dough can make biscuits dense rather than fluffy.
- Go Aluminum-Free – Some people notice a metallic taste in Bisquick due to the baking powder. Opt for an aluminum-free version if you’re sensitive to it.
- Serving Ideas – Pair with honey, sausage gravy, or use them as a base for breakfast sandwiches.
