Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and thoroughly grease a large bread loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth then add eggs one at a time. Add pudding mix powder and stir to combine, then add eggnog and vanilla.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined.
- Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together all topping ingredients until crumbly in texture. Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until an inserted toothpick or knife comes out clean.
