Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a bundt pan. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, 7-Up, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and drizzle over warm cake.
