Easiest No-Bake Cheesecake

A vintage-style recipe “From Grandma’s Kitchen” that’s thick, creamy, and simple.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch, store-bought or homemade)

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 1 can pie filling (cherry is shown, but strawberry or blueberry work too!)
