Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Stir together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Spread out half of the chicken mixture in the baking dish, top with half of the cheese. Top with remaining chicken, followed by the remaining cheese, and the crushed crackers.
- Bake until mixture is bubbly and top is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
