Method of preparation:
In a pan, place the coconut, condensed milk, butter, milk, water and bring to medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until it starts to release from the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes, remove from heat, place in a medium refractory and set aside. In a bowl, place the ingredients for the topping, mix and spread over the coconut in the refractory. Place in the fridge for 2 hours and serve.
