1. Prep the veggies
- Slice cucumbers into rounds
- Cut tomatoes in half
- Thinly slice the onion
2. Combine
- Add everything to a large bowl:
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Onion
3. Season
- Sprinkle in:
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
4. Add dressing
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad (start with 1/2 cup and add more if needed)
5. Toss
- Mix well until everything is evenly coated
6. Chill (important!)
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (1β2 hours is even better)
- This helps the flavors soak in
7. Serve
- Toss again before serving
- Taste and adjust salt/pepper if needed
