Directions:
Prepare the Meat: Trim any excess fat from the steak and cut into bite-sized cubes.
Mix the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to blend.
Add to Crockpot: Place the steak cubes into the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat and stir to coat evenly.
Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is fork-tender and juicy.
Optional – Thicken the Sauce: If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Stir the slurry into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve: Spoon steak bites and sauce over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
