Instructions
- Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
 - Layer sliced onions evenly on the bottom.
 - Pat pork roast dry with paper towels.
 - Combine seasoning mix and salt; rub generously over pork.
 - Place pork on top of the onion bed.
 - Pour chicken broth around the roast (avoid pouring directly on top).
 - Cover and cook:
- HIGH for 6–7 hours
 - LOW for 9–10 hours
 
 - Check for doneness—meat should shred easily with a fork.
 - Remove roast and let rest for 10 minutes.
 - Shred, discarding any large pieces of fat.
