How to Make Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
1. Prep the Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
High heat is key for crispiness.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
Make sure every floret is well coated—but not swimming in oil.
3. Arrange for Crisping
Spread florets in a single layer, cut-side down when possible.
Do not overcrowd—space allows steam to escape and edges to crisp.
4. Roast
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Cauliflower is done when edges are deeply golden and centers are fork-tender.
5. Finish & Serve
Remove from oven and finish with your favorite toppings—Parmesan, lemon juice, herbs, or sauce.
Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
