Creamy Zucchini Soup with Garlic – Great for Weight Loss

Preparation:

This is how I do it:

First, peel and finely chop the onion, garlic, and carrots.

Next, dice the carrots and washed zucchini.

Then, sauté the carrots with chili pepper in oil, add the sugar, and let it briefly caramelize. Add the onion and zucchini and continue to sauté.

Now add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Stir in the vegetable bouillon and let everything simmer covered for about 15 minutes.

Purée the soup using an immersion blender.

Next, stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Mini dumplings go great with it.

Try this too: stir-fried noodles with 200 g chicken and 150 g wok noodles!
