Creamy Steak & Parmesan Dream Spaghetti – Rich, Savory & Restaurant-Worthy!
Cook the Pasta
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Add steak strips, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & Italian seasoning.
Cook until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning & pepper.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until silky and thickened.
Bring It Together
Add the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and toss to coat.
Add the steak back in and stir gently.
Simmer 1–2 more minutes to warm everything through.
Serve
Top with extra Parmesan, fresh parsley, or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
