Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Directions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and stir well. Gradually add grated parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coat with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
