Creamy Garlic Chicken Penne

 

Directions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Return sliced chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce.
  7. Add cooked penne pasta, toss until well coated with the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
