How to make it:
Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
Stir in the ranch seasoning and chicken broth.
Add cream cheese and let it melt, stirring until creamy.
Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until everything is cheesy and gooey.
Serve over rice or pasta.
Optional / Notes:
– Any pasta works!
– Add veggies if you want (peas or broccoli are great!).
– I used chicken breast, but you can use thighs if you prefer.
Serve with:
– A side salad or some garlic bread.
