Crack Chicken Tenders
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the chicken tenders from sticking.
Prepare the chicken tenders: Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. This will help the coating stick better.
Make the coating mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, making sure it is fully coated on all sides. You can use a spoon or your hands for this.
Crust the chicken: After the chicken tenders are coated in the mayo mixture, dip them into the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so that the crumbs adhere well to the chicken. Ensure the tenders are fully covered with the cracker crumbs.
Place on the baking sheet: Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Leave a little space between each tender to ensure they bake evenly.
Bake: Bake the chicken tenders in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Once done, remove the tenders from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce.
Tips:
You can also fry the chicken tenders in a skillet if you prefer them to be extra crispy. Just heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the tenders for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
For an extra flavor boost, you can sprinkle some additional Parmesan cheese or chopped herbs on top of the tenders before baking.
Enjoy your Crack Chicken Tenders—they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
