Crab Rangoon Bombs

Directions:


1. Preheat Your Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil or a non-stick spray.

2. Make the Filling:
2.1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, drained lump crab meat, and flaked imitation crab.
2.2. Mix thoroughly until you get a uniform, creamy texture. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, or green onions if desired.

3. Fill the Wonton Wrappers:
3.1. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface.
3.2. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center.
3.3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
3.4. Fold the corners together to form a pouch or ball, ensuring a tight seal.

4. Arrange and Bake:
4.1. Place the filled bombs seam-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
4.2. Lightly brush each with egg wash or spray with oil for a crispy, golden exterior.
4.3. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve Hot:
5.1. Let the bombs cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm when the cheese is gooey and the crab flavor is at its best.
