Could Eat This Every Day – Eggs in Mustard Sauce  A childhood classic — quick to make and always delicious! Perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (for 3–4 servings):

  • 7 eggs

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 4 tbsp medium-spicy mustard

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 tbsp flour

  • 300 ml milk

  • 300 ml vegetable broth

  • 1½ tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 pinch of pepper

  • 120 ml cream

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
