Gradually add the cold whole milk while stirring to avoid lumps.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles.

Insert wooden sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.

To unmold, dip the molds into warm water for a few seconds and gently remove the popsicles.
