Condensed Milk Muffins

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk with the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Beat until smooth and well combined.
  2. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix gently until well incorporated.
  3. Continue mixing until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
  4. Grease and flour the molds you’ll use for baking (individual molds or one large pan). Pour the batter into the molds, filling them up to 3/4 full.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the molds. Enjoy these soft and fluffy condensed milk muffins!
