Coconut Icebox Cake

Ingredients

For the cake

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

For the syrup

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)

  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 1 cup milk

For the topping

  • 200 ml heavy cream

  • 100 g shredded coconut (fresh or dried)
