In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in grated zucchini and chopped nuts, if using.

Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon for the swirl in a small bowl.

Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then pour the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

Swirl the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the cream cheese frosting, beat softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
