Directions

  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Add the cinnamon, cloves, and pectin, simmering the jam until it reaches the desired consistency.
  5. Once the jam thickens and coats the back of a spoon, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Transfer the jam into sterilized jars, seal them tightly, and allow them to cool completely before refrigerating.
