Ingredients

For the Caramel Layer

  • 1½ cups caramel sauce (homemade or high-quality store-bought)

  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 1½ cups heavy cream

  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra shine)
