Instructions:
Prep strawberries – Make sure strawberries are fully dry. Leave stems on for easy dipping.
Melt chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip strawberries – Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into melted chocolate, covering about 2/3 of the berry.
Add toppings – Immediately sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets.
Set – Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes until chocolate hardens.
Serve – Enjoy as a fun, chocolatey treat or dessert platter centerpiece!
