Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in almond flour and coconut flakes.
  5. Pour batter into the baking dish, top with fresh berries, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let it cool, and dust the top with confectioners’ sugar.
  7. Slice into squares or wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.
