Chinese Noodles with Chicken – A Flavor Experience for Every Day

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the noodles:
    Cook the wok noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.

  2. Cook the chicken:
    Cut the chicken into small pieces and briefly boil in lightly salted water. Drain and set aside.

  3. Sauté the vegetables:
    Heat a little oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the beaten egg and stir briefly until it sets. Then add the onion, carrots, and leek, and stir-fry for a short time.

  4. Mix in noodles and chicken:
    Add the cooked noodles, chicken, sugar, soy sauce, salt, white pepper, and sesame oil to the vegetables. Mix everything well and stir-fry for another minute until everything is hot.

  5. Serve:
    Plate the noodles and serve immediately.
