Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Rice
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add rice and stir for 1–2 minutes to toast slightly.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until creamy.
Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
