Chicken Cobbler Casserole

Instructions:



Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare filling – In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour into the baking dish.

Make cobbler topping – In a separate bowl, whisk flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Assemble casserole – Pour the cobbler mixture evenly over the chicken filling. Do not stir.

Bake – Place in oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

Serve – Let cool slightly before serving.



Storage:



Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
