Cheesy Hissy Fit Dip (with Ground Beef)

Instructions

1. Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat and set aside.

2. Mix the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine:
    • Cooked ground beef
    • Chopped chives
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Sour cream
    • Softened cream cheese
    • Dried parsley
  • Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

3. Add the Velveeta

  • Gently fold in the Velveeta cubes, distributing them evenly throughout the dip.

4. Choose Your Cooking Method

  • Slow Cooker:
    Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally until hot and melty.
  • Oven:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the dip into a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
