4. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Finishing:
6. After baking, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and shredded coconut.
7. Cut into small squares and serve!
