Butterscotch Bliss Pie

Directions:

 

 


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and vanilla extract. Stir until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs until fully incorporated.
6. Pour the butterscotch mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set with a slight jiggle in the center. Let cool at room temperature.
8. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
9. Once the pie is cool, top it with the whipped cream. Optionally, sprinkle some extra butterscotch chips for garnish.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
