Brown Sugar Pork Chops Recipe

 Instructions:


Pat dry pork chops and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through.

Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over chops.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook another 2–3 minutes, allowing sugar to melt into a glaze.

Spoon glaze over chops, then remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
