Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, reserved pineapple juice, and ground cloves, if using, until smooth.
Add diced ham and pineapple chunks to the prepared baking dish.
Pour the glaze over the ham mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until caramelized and bubbling.
Serve hot over rice or with roasted vegetables.
