 Broccoli Garlic Protein Casserole

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cooked quinoa, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.

Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is set. Let cool slightly before serving
