Boston Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  •  cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 6 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted to remove any clumps
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  •  tablespoons vegetable oil
