Blueberry Lemon Loaf Cake

Ingredients and Quantity

Dry Ingredients:

1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon zest (from about 1 large lemon)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

½ cup (120 ml) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 cup (150 g) fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)

Optional Lemon Glaze (for extra flavor):

½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar

1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
