Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until it’s all combined and creamy.
2. Take your tortillas and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each.
3. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the cream cheese on one of the tortillas, then place the other tortilla on top with the cream cheese side facing down.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter to coat the bottom.
5. Cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it’s beautifully golden brown and the cheese has melted delightfully.
